Cancellation Policy
To our valued guests, your appointments are very important to us. We allocate time reserved especially for you. We understand that things happen, and schedule adjustments will be necessary. That is why we do require a 48-hour notice for all appointment changes and cancellations. We do our best to send out multiple appointment reminders to give plenty of time for you to adjust your schedule, and allow us to provide the opportunity to give other guests the services they need as well. Thank you.
Please be aware of the following:
- Cancellations with less than a 48-hour notice are subject to a 50% charge of reserved service.
- “No Shows” are subject to a 50% charge of reserved service.
- Any appointment booked the same day can be cancelled up to 2 hours prior to appointment time. Cancellations made with less than 2-hour notice are subject to a 50% charge of reserved service.
- If late to scheduled appointment time and the service cannot be performed, are subject to a 50% charge of reserved service.
- A guest will be given an initial warning of our updated cancellation policy with no charge the first time. Following, the guest will be required to place a card on file in order to book future appointments.
Return Policy
All product sales are final. If you ever would like to test a product before purchasing we are happy to provide you with a sample!
